14 beds
If I've counted right I've slept in 14 beds the last weeks. On my own may I add! Hotels, friends, family. Getting into my own bed last night was bliss. I have a fab bed, and my maid always makes sure I have clean bedding every week and it's all crisp and fresh when I return from a trip away! That probably makes me sound like a pompous cow, but hey, that's life!
Three more sleeps until me and my bed part ways again.... this time for Manchester, so I can't wait. I'm counting the hours until I can hug NJ, I'll put up with a less than superior bed for that! I have a long weekend in the UK, then four days in the Netherlands before we return together back to Doha. I can't wait! I am going to try not to travel at all in September although we have Eid coming up but not sure if our RP's will be back by then, and if not, lazy days at the pool or beach!
Whirlwind head doesn't even come close just now.
Had a great weekend with my friend Gen in Abu Dhabi though. I had not seen her (and her hubby) since they left Doha in November last year. Both been busy, both caught up in work and life. I realized this weekend just how much I'd missed her; she's one of the few people that knows all of me.
