Almost Weekend

The weekend is in sight and I am going to try and keep the laptop firmly off! I reckon I have worked around 65 hours this week but one contract is with the board for signature, another with a client, another with legal for one final check and the fourth one should be finalised next week! 

Contracts are not my strong point is somewhat of an understatement.  I can do them... it just takes me a whole while longer than someone who's actually studied and understands law.

There has been a huge amount of pressure this week, both internal and external... not sure I'm paid enough to lose sleep over work.

NJ is on his way to France, an eight hour drive to the girlfriend's parents for an overnight stay 'Meet the Fokkers'  he joked this morning. Then another four hour drive tomorrow.  Hopefully lots of children to play with and he will be sensible and stay safe.

Have no weekend plans which I like, yet I don't, if that makes sense?  Probably not.  I was going to go see my friend in Oman for baby cuddles, as I haven't met baby H yet and she's already 4 months old.... but now I have Azerbaijan next week and I'm so drained from work... some other time.
